Item works but could be better.
The Turbo Brush works well enough but as expressed in other reviews of this product, it would be an advantage if the unit could be dismantled to facilitate removal of long hairs from the roller and "fluff" from the bristles.

Inefficient design and not durable for the long term
In principle the product works but the design is fundamentally flawed as hairs easily get tangled on the roller. Trying to cut them out with scissors as per instructions works to an extent. But as you can’t remove the roller to clean/clear it properly - at least not easily, I’m suspecting I will need to replace this brush head again in the future.

It works like no other turbo brush head
We bought this to replace the turbo brush head on our long lasting Miele vacuum cleaner. We had tried an alternative from Amazon but it was disappointing and when we bought the real deal in a Miele shop in Cambridge, the difference was like night versus day. If you are dithering, buy this, it is worth every penny.
